Peter Ward, a University of Washington Biology professor, claims that people being stressed from Donald Trump’s presidency will cause an evolutionary change.1 Ward states: “Were finding more and more that, for instance, people who have gone through combat, or women who have been abused when you have these horrendous episodes in life, it causes permanent change, which is then passed on to your kid.” He then goes on to say “On a larger scale, the amount of stress that Americans are going through now, because of Trump, there is going to be an evolutionary consequence.”
Now just how does this work? Women are born with all of the reproductive cells they will ever have. For there to be some change that would be passed on to the next generation, there would have to be a change in the genetic code of the cells that are already there. Men make next reproductive cells throughout their fertile life. But again, there would have to be change in the genetic code of the reproductive cells that they are producing. Would feeling stressed out by the president cause such a change? Is stress like some form of radiation, causing cellular damage in the reproductive organs?
Here is a university professor – a teacher of the next generation of scientists – saying this.2 This shows how Darwinists see everything with a Darwinistic perspective – a result of teaching the General Theory of Evolution as fact, without question. This is bad science. This is just the latest in a long list of bad science by Darwinists to include Haeckel’s embryos, Piltdown man, Nebraska man, the concept of vestigial organs, the concept of “junk DNA,” the portrayal of whale evolution unsupported by fossil evidence,3 portrayals of Lucy with clearly humanlike feet4, the portrayal of feathered dinosaurs5, and the faked peppered moth evidence.6 Darwinists never let the facts get in their way. Paul explains this in his letter to the Romans – “Claiming to be wise, they instead became utter fools. … They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.”7
