On March 22, 2015, I posted an article “Senator Uresti Needs a Criminal Background Check!”1 Texas Senate Bill 204, which was passed in 2013, required me to get fingerprinted for a criminal background check because I am a licensed professional engineer. Recently I saw a “Rights at Risk” episode on Stossel.
